Filling using in-situ materials to achieve formation levels, construction of phase 2 cell including granular under-drainage blanket, installation of 500mm thick BES geological barrier, aide installation of HDPE membrane and geofabric barrier. Installation of leachate drainage blanket including all pipework. Permanent capping and restoration of phase 1 cell. Associated site infrastructure and gas extrusion infrastructure. |
